The Flash film has taken a long time to come out, almost 10 years since it was announced back in 2014. After all this time, we finally got The Flash movie trailer during the Super Bowl! There was a shorter trailer released on television, with a longer 2 minute and 57 second trailer online across all social media platforms.

After watching the trailer it really looks like they are adapting a lot from The Flashpoint Paradox comic and animated movie. Of course there are some differences so it can fit in the current movie universe, as well as restart to a new universe. Check out the below shorter and longer versions of the trailer, as well as some comic book recommendations to get you ready for  The Flash, coming out June 16, 2023.

Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox

This is not a comic book recommendation, but we had to include this in our recommendations to get ready for The Flash movie. Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox is arguably one of the best DC Universe animated movies available. This movie is adapted straight from the above recommended comic, Flashpoint by Geoff Johns and Andy Kubert.
